I worked for the Department of Human Services, in the personnel unit, payroll, personnel in hiring and terminating, promotion and health insurance, life insurance. Personnel reports for the board meeting typing routine forms and correspondence, filing, answering the telephone, open mail, typing speeches, assistance the accountant in purchasing items supplies, equipment. Maintaining equipment Xerox machine, check machine, computers and printers, completing inventory of equipment.

I was the Administrative Assistant for the Comptroller at Southern University in New Orleans. I type, file, open mail, answer the telephone, prepared agenda, maintain incoming and outgoing checks for scholarships loans, fill out deferments for students and factuality and staff. I issued out payroll checks. I did payroll for immediate office. Schedule meetings and prepared for board meetings.

Secretary for the Audio Visual Department: I type, file, answer the telephone, place orders for equipment, distribute and open mail, inventory. Delivered and pick up equipment, order supplies and pick up supplies. I prepare payroll for staff and student workers. Prepared the professor class room for instructions. And assist the college students with the equipment. And I taught education majors how to decorate their class rooms using audio visual equipment and supplies.

SERVICES
A notary public (or notary or public notary) in the common law world is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A notary's main functions are to administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents, take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, protest notes and bills of exchange, provide notice of foreign drafts, prepare marine or ship's protests in cases of damage, provide exemplifications and notarial copies, and perform certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction.
  • Power of Attorney - Limited Durable
    A power of attorney (POA) or letter of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, grantor, or donor (of the power). The one authorized to act is the agent or, in some common law jurisdictions, the attorney-in-fact.
  • Correct Agreement
    When a letter or document is incorrect we cannot correct the document however we will write a letter stating the contents of the document or in error. The owner will have to take the document to the administrative authority to have the correct changes made.
  • Owner's Affidavit
    An Owner's Affidavit is a sworn statement by the seller of real property that the seller is either unaware of any problems with title to the property or is disclosing any problems that the seller is aware of. For example, a fence misalignment or encroachment.
  • Proof of Identification Affidavit
    An Affidavit of Identity can be used to verify your identity or signature. In the Affidavit you provide your personal and identifiable information including legal name, date of birth and home address.
  • Signature Name Affidavit
    The signature affidavit is a document where a borrower can state all of their name variations. This can be very helpful should the borrower sign the other documents with a variation their signature, such as adding or subtracting a middle initial, or signing with a maiden name. The signature affidavit is a notarized document that sometimes requires a sworn oath.
  • Will Last and Testament / Living Will
    A Last Will and Testament dictates the way that that your assets will be distributed and utilized following your death. A Living Will states your wishes regarding life support in the event that you are in a persistent vegetative state or irreversible coma and cannot communicate your wishes.
Accepted forms of identification for having notarial services performed include the following: State-issued driver’s license, State-issued identification card, U.S. military identification card, Resident alien identification card (green card), U.S. passport. Unaccepted forms of identification may include the following: Birth certificates, Social security cards, School identification cards, Credit cards and Debit cards.

Credible witnesses are required to sign an affidavit which states: The signer of the document is known to the credible witness. The credible witness believes the signer of the document does not possess an acceptable form of identification. The credible witness believes the signer of the document is reasonably unable to obtain an acceptable form of identification. The credible witness has no financial interest or incentive for the document’s execution.
